If you happened to measure your ring size incorrectly, we are able to fix this for you. Unfortunately, because of the tungsten metal, we cannot resize your ring so it would need to be re-made. At this time, we are not charging for labor, just return shipping. We also do not do ring exchanges for clearance, custom or engraved orders.
- Purchase ring exchange. You should be contacted via e-mail with return address and to confirm new ring size.
- Ship your ring back to us in a padded envelope. You do not have to mail back the custom ring box to us.
- After receiving your ring, we will start the exchange process and make you a new ring of the same design.
- After we finish your replacement, we will contact you to confirm your return shipping address and ship your new ring back to you.
- Ring exchanges are separate work orders from a brand new ring order but are still handled in the order they are received with other ring exchanges. Please allow 1-2 weeks from order placement to delivery. We will contact you if more time is needed.
