FAQ

FAQ

How long do the rings glow for?
This can depend on how long the ring is exposed to UV light as well as if the strontium aluminate is mixed in with any inlay material.
The inlay broke off. Is there a fix for this?
Yes, please email us so we can arrange shipment for fixing your ring (You would need to mail back the damaged ring). We also now add a protective sealant so the inlay will last longer for no additional charge. We don't cover lost rings (optional warranty to cover lost rings coming soon).
Why are these rings so expensive?
Considering that our rings are handmade, we charge labor and material costs. We have also had to increase our pricing over the years due to traditional overhead being a small business. In exchange, you get a quality ring and excellent, responsive customer service and lifetime warranties. Also, we are quite competitive compared to other ring makers / sellers.
How long does it take to make a ring?
It only takes us about 2 hours, but this can vary depending on how many orders we have prior to yours and the complexity of your custom order. Please allow 1-2 weeks to place your order for delivery for a standard signature ring and 3-4 weeks for a custom ring. We will always update you as needed.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, the founder and owner served in the Air Force, and we offer a 10% discount for active military, veterans, teachers, and emergency responders.
What makes you different from other brands selling similar products?
Our rings are handmade and 100% unique. You will never find two rings that look exactly the same, with ours or anyone else. Keep in mind, that when you visit a online jewelry store you may start to see a pattern. That's because some companies purchase rings for dirt cheap ($3-$5) and market them for $200 - $400.
Community service is a big part of ourvision. Several times a year, we use a portion of our proceeds and organize volunteers to help our community. We have fed and clothed the homeless, sent care packages overseas to deployed troops, donated supplies to NICU parents and organized toy drives around the holidays.
Finally, I'm starting a 100% non-profit, The Chris Petersen Project, that is used to support grieving families of veterans.
